Our company exists and is sustained through creating experiences. Some of those experiences are a few hours for a guest that chooses to join us, and some last for years with the unique people who join our team and journey with us. If our values cost us something, this one costs us the most. It costs time and money to invest in the development of our people; it costs energy and emotional fortitude to keep an open heart with the people we experience life with; it costs integrity and humility to be kind and compassionate to the people that need someone to meet them where they are at. So when there is a decision to make, we choose people first.
We Do Small Things Well
We believe the body of work we create is the sum total of the little things we choose to do well. From washing our sushi rice in the morning to sweeping the floors at the end of the night, we go all the way, all the time. We go the extra mile with the small things in our day-to-day routines when so many others punch out. We believe that an individual or a company is not defined by one huge event, but in the care of the details most of the world will never see, yet they will feel it in everything we do.
We Earnestly Desire Growth
If we are not growing, we are dying. The goal is to grow stronger today than we were yesterday, and to grow stronger tomorrow than we are today. Real growth can only come when we are in a place to accept that we have not fully arrived yet. To grow as an individual or a company you must be open to listen to feedback and be secure enough to change when it hits home. This takes humility. In this humility we let some things die so that other things can be born and new growth can take place.

We dig deep when we are worn out and need to finish the job. We know that the tenacity required to live in this way can be painful, but we have found that in this place of sacrifice we see the most beautiful transformations happen.

We press for equity and a level playing field so the best and the brightest can rise to the top. We challenge old thinking so the best and most efficient way of getting things done is revealed.
